This was the renovation and restoration of an 8,200 square foot “Turn of the Century” building in one of Manhattan’s historic districts. While providing modern improvements, including new windows, and code upgrades, the existing wall and ceiling details, as well as facade, were repaired or reconstructed to service one of New York’s wealthiest neighborhoods.
